Sessions are typically 55 minutes long, with a 5-minute break between each session.

Absolutely! We provide the first three sessions free for students to experience learning under our professional tutors and determine if Xcelerate Academy is the right fit.
Can I pay tuition fees monthly or termly?
Tuition fees are to be paid at the beginning of each month for that month.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide us with at least a 2-week notice if you intend to leave tuition, as each student has a reserved spot.

We conduct regular assessments and provide progress reports and feedback to parents each term to showcase students' significant improvement.
What happens if my child misses a session?
Due to reserved spaces, payment for your child’s absence is required unless we are given prior notice.
Are there any additional resources or materials required?
Upon joining, we provide textbooks, pens, and all necessary resources for each lesson.
Do you provide feedback to parents on students' performance?
Yes, regular termly progress reports are issued to keep parents informed.
